If you can't be friends without it going further until she's old enough that you won't be at risk of jail time, maybe you'd better walk away with obvious regrets. Or maybe you should just walk away anyway- you cannot have a solid relationship with someone you can't trust.

Think of it this way. Once she hits 18, a 5 year difference is really nothing. For now stay away tho. For your own good really. Unless you like the thought of possibly being in jail leave her alone.
