We went to different colleges, as he went away to school to play basketball and baseball, and I went away to a state school two hours away. We were engaged after six years of dating and married the next. We have three wonderfull children and we're both teachers. You just never know.

He told her early on that he is going away to college single. These are both high achieving good kids who are involved in lots of extra curricular clubs and activities. I think DD is much more emotionally involved than he is though. I'm worried that her heart will be broken this summer.
I feel like I am watching a train wreck in slow motion. I did try to talk to her about breaking up last summer. But, she likes him and decided to see it through.

No its not a big deal at all one of my friends who is a sophomore likes a senior girl last year he was a freshman and she was a junior but I think he sees her in the hallways and also at church. The point is he has yet to talk to her and he regrets every time he sees her and does not talk to her so the best thing to do would just say hi go up and talk to him it can't hurt and the worst thing that could happen is you not talking to him and regretting it later.
Girl I was just wondering the same thing. He acted in the musical I was in with me and I did crew. At the cast party he was hardcore flirting I could tell and I could not help but flirt back somewhat I found out he was a sophomore after the fact as he looks like he is at least a junior.
Now I feel like a creeper because I am thinking about him and I do not know if I should do something because of the age gap I mean I have a brother in his sophomore year, and its weird to think about going after someone who is my brother's age.
