So my friends raised theirs to like too. Even when I'm in a lobby with 4 americans. I'm european but over the years i've gotten used to playing east coast.

Euro's also play different like dweebs anyways,. I want to play east coast servers again with my friends. Any commands you need to know I have, shoot. Though I'd say just let a us based person be the lobby leader and tell them to reduce their max ping. And what makes it even weirder is when idigital also belgian plays with them they find east coast ones, but not with me, even though I am sure I didn't change any settings.

Either you have a horrible ISP or you have a bad configuration from random stuff you installed or viruses.
