It was our first but I hope that their amenities will improve in the future so it will not be our last. The owner is trustworthy and helping us to any location that we want to go. They also help us with our tummy aching thing. The shared bathroom was clean at a glance but did not smell nice. No curfew, walkable distance from SM City. We were only there for a night for transit, so the small room with a bed, table and AC was just enough for our purpose. They only have 2 bathrooms, one one the ground floor and the other one is on the second floor. Our room was on the third floor so it was really not ideal to go down just to use it.
The room was super small and smelled horrible. Their staff stayed right outside the door chatting and laughing and were so freaking loud that it bothered us - we had a hard time getting sleep on our first night. They are inconsiderate and inefficient.

The property is centrally located, near pelntyn of food and shopping choices, easy to find, and has easy access to local jeepney routes. Best of all, the owners as well as the staff are kind and professional and they speak perfect English. We were very happy with our stay here and will return again the next time we are in Iloilo.
The staff is not good. We don't have the same definition of clean. I told the owner that the cr is not clean. The staff arrived and told me he already cleaned it. I told him that there were used liners and tissue in the cr's trash bin, unused soaps, empty shampoo bottles and sachets, toothpaste sachets, etc He got mad, went to the cr to get the bin but instead of taking it outside the apartment he just threw it in the other trash bin near the sink. The location is strategically located. Walking distance to SM Ilo-ilo.. The owner is very accomodating and understanding. Friendly accomodation and near to the city central, walking distance.
