Had an interesting dinner conversation at the table last night. Me and a bunch of friends got together for dinner. The one friend whom i didn't know , was there talking about her dating situation. She's divorced after 30 years She met a man online only, they'd been dating for 6 weeks. One day, he introduces her, audibly, to his friends as his "girlfriend" when they went out. She said it as if it was a bad thing, but apparently she accepts it?

She said she's been seeing like 2 other guys from the dating site Isn't that a little too soon? I knew women that freaked out if a man referred to them as their "girlfriend" after a short period of time dating. They've been seeing each other frequently throughout those weeks though, so maybe that qualifies it? Apparently, they have plans to take at trip out west together to see a Tennis tournament. People can want to be exclusive after only a couple of weeks, all it means is that you won't see other people because you like the person and want to see if something is there to build on, and you can't do that while seeing someone else. And for people that are older, there is usually little tolerance for games, they know what they want and are very upfront with it. Something your friend doesn't seem to understand.

If this guy were to find out, it will spell a quick end to any fledgling relationship because most men won't abide being lied to, even if it was an act of omission rather than commission.
