A d2rCrossMedia will not be bound by any price quoted on the telephone. A firm quotation in writing will be given only after d2rCrossMedia has received full and complete instructions and examined the necessary samples and shall remain valid for a period of 14 days and no order shall be deemed accepted by d2rCrossMedia unless and until confirmed in writing.
